Built on experience and relationships

Before taking ownership, Rich worked for the previous owners and got to know the shop, its customers, and the vehicles local families depend on every day.

When the opportunity came to take over, it was a natural next step. Weston Automotive opened under Rich's leadership in December 2022 with a straightforward goal: preserve the personal service customers valued while building a repair shop known for honest advice, dependable workmanship, and clear communication.

Today, the team services and maintains most makes and models, from everyday commuters and family vehicles to performance and classic cars.

The people behind the shop

Owner & Manager

Rich

Rich has worked as a professional mechanic since 2003. Over the course of his career, he has worked with and earned certifications from multiple vehicle manufacturers, building broad experience across many makes and models.

His background also includes heavy-truck work, giving him experience with larger vehicles and demanding mechanical systems in addition to everyday passenger vehicles, performance cars, and classics.

Before taking ownership, Rich worked for Weston Automotive's previous owners. In December 2022, he took over the business and began its next chapter as owner and manager.

Rich's approach is centered on treating customers fairly, explaining repairs clearly, and making sure every vehicle receives thoughtful, professional care.

Technician

Anthony

Anthony joined the Weston Automotive team in December 2024 after graduating from Porter and Chester Institute.

As a technician, he brings current technical training, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to continue building his hands-on experience across the many makes and models that come through the shop.

Anthony works alongside the rest of the team to perform careful maintenance and repairs while upholding the honest, dependable service Weston Automotive customers expect.

Chris

Chris graduated from Porter and Chester Institute in 2017 and has built his career around diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles.

He specializes in European vehicles and Jeeps, bringing focused knowledge and hands-on experience to the unique mechanical systems and service needs of those vehicles.

Chris combines that specialty experience with the careful workmanship and straightforward approach customers expect from the Weston Automotive team.
